I have a membership at the gym for a few years and I love buying stuff that helps me get in shape. This is definitely one of the BEST and most usfeul prodcuts I've ever purchased to myself. It shows you EXACTLY what muscle you're working on and it's making push ups way more harder. I really like it and I recommnd it to everyone who's into sports :)

I do Pilates for a couple of years now and after support answered all of my pre-sale questions I decided to order it, although I don't usually order things from the internet. The package arrived in excellent condition and everything was good with shipping. Suprisingly, this board change my whole posture and made push ups way more harder (apperantly I did it wrong all along). All in all, I definitely recommend it, it teaches you the RIGHT way to do push ups and it made push ups way more effective.
